Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged during shipping, you must notify us and provide photographs within 48 hours in order to be eligible for compensation. For orders above $200, you may also be required to permit FedEx, or an alternative shipper if used, to inspect the damaged packages.  At our option, we will (a) issue you a merchandise credit or (b) ship you an identical replacement product. Any exceptions to this policy must be documented in an email from us.
